This Agreement applies to you in addition to KopaHub's general Terms & Conditions once you're verified to sell on Market. By submitting a verification request, you agree to it.
Selling on KopaHub requires a verified identity document (NYSC ID, NIN, or Voter's Card for corpers; NIN or Voter's Card for invited non-corper members). Submitting a false or someone else's document is grounds for immediate account suspension.
Every listing you post must accurately describe the item — its condition, price, and photos. You're responsible for having the item available and in the condition described at the time a buyer pays.
You set your own pickup location and, optionally, a delivery fee. If you offer delivery, you're responsible for actually getting the item to the buyer's stated address once payment is confirmed. Any delivery fee a buyer pays goes entirely to you — KopaHub takes no cut of it.
Buyer payments are held by KopaHub, not released to you immediately. Once the buyer confirms receipt (or an admin resolves the order), your payout is sent to the bank account you provide in Payouts. Payouts are currently processed manually and may take a few days.
KopaHub deducts a 3% commission from the item price before paying out — shown to you as "KopaHub fee" on My Sales and in your sale notification, so it's never a surprise. Any delivery fee you charge is never commissioned — it goes to you in full, on top of your payout.
KopaHub isn't charging a fee to post listings at the moment, to help build up the marketplace. This is separate from the 3% commission on completed sales described in Section 4, which applies now. Either may change later with notice — neither applies retroactively to items already sold.
Breaking these can result in your listings being removed, your verified badge being revoked, or your account being suspended.
